You can remove your Anivo account and every memory, photo, and video tied to it. There are two ways to do this, and both are permanent.
If you no longer have access to the app, write to support@anivo.app from the email address linked to your account. Include the words "delete my account" in the subject line.
We confirm receipt within 2 working days and permanently remove your data within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.
Everything — your account record, every memory card, every photo and video, every pet profile, and any settings tied to your account. Deleting your account does not cancel any App Store subscription; to stop billing, also cancel the subscription via your Apple ID Account Settings.
Deletion is final. If you'd like a copy of your memories before deleting, you can export individual cards from inside the app, or reply to support@anivo.app and we'll help you save them.
