Anivo is built on the belief that your memories are yours alone. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use Anivo, we store the memories, photos, and videos you choose to add. We do not collect any information beyond what you provide.
Your information is used solely to provide the Anivo service — to store your memories and make them accessible to you across devices. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Photos and videos you upload are stored securely using Cloudinary, a trusted cloud media service. They are accessible only to you through your account.
Your account data is stored using Supabase, a secure database service. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Anivo uses the following third-party services to operate:
— Supabase (database and authentication)
— Cloudinary (media storage)
— RevenueCat (subscription management)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
Subscription and purchase management is handled by RevenueCat and Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment information.
If you enable memory reminders, we may send push notifications to your device. You can disable these at any time from your device settings or within the app.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Anivo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or your data, please contact us at e.sisik@live.com
