Some things worth knowing.

What happens to my memories if Anivo shuts down?

You can export everything you've added at any time, in standard formats you can keep forever. If we ever had to shut down, we'd give plenty of notice and make sure every user could download their full archive. Your memories aren't held hostage to us being in business.

Is Anivo only for pets that have passed?

No. Many people use Anivo to start collecting memories while their companion is still with them. Every day is worth remembering.

Where are my memories stored?

Privately, on encrypted servers. Only you have access, and your memories are never shared, indexed, or shown to anyone else.

Can I share a memory with family?

Yes. Every memory can be exported as a beautifully designed card to share on WhatsApp, Instagram, or anywhere you'd like.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your memories stay with you. Nothing is deleted, ever. You'll still be able to open Anivo, view every memory, and read every story you've written. Some premium features (like adding new video memories or extra companion profiles) pause until you upgrade again — but everything you've already saved remains yours.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app, or by writing to support@anivo.app. Full details are on our account deletion page.
