By downloading or using Anivo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Anivo is a personal memory app. You may use it to store memories, photos, and videos of your pet companions. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.
You own the content you create in Anivo. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never use your content for any other purpose.
Anivo offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Yearly and monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
A lifetime purchase grants you access to all current premium features. While we intend to maintain the service indefinitely, we cannot guarantee lifetime availability of any specific feature.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple's support.
You agree not to use Anivo in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes on the rights of others. You may not use the app to store illegal content.
We strive to keep Anivo available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Anivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
