Anivo is a personal memory app for pet owners. You may use it to store memories, photos, and videos of your pet companions. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.
You own the content you create in Anivo. By using the app, you grant me a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. I will never use your content for advertising, training AI, or any other purpose.
Anivo offers the following premium plans, billed through Apple's App Store:
Current prices are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
For auto-renewing subscriptions:
A lifetime purchase grants you access to all current premium features and any future features released under the same plan. While I intend to maintain the service indefinitely, I cannot guarantee the lifetime availability of any specific feature.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple's support at support.apple.com.
Use of Anivo on iOS is also governed by Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app or by writing to support@anivo.app. See the account deletion page for details.
You agree not to use Anivo in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes on the rights of others. You may not use the app to store illegal content.
I strive to keep Anivo available at all times, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Anivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
